Realization of LED lighting in Aioli Inspired by Mini restaurant

Challenge

Aioli Inspired by Mini restaurant is located at Constitution Square in Warsaw, which is almost in the heart of the bustling city.

There is no doubt that inspiration by MINI style emphasizes the modern character of the place. The warm atmosphere of industrial, loft interior allows you to enjoy the taste of southern cuisine dishes.

Proper lighting is an elementary component, that creates inner atmosphere of Aioli Inspired by the Mini. The appropriate lighting undeniably affects the well-being of restaurant guests and adds charm to the time spent among friends, while enjoying a meal.

The main objective of our company while replacing the lighting was the use LED sources with appropriate color temperature, which allow to highlight the unique character of the place.

Implementation

In order to achieve this, we have used LED sources with warm white color of light – the color temperature was 2800-3200K. Thanks to such a solution, our products are perfectly composed with other light sources that were already installed. We have used LED bulbs 6W based on SMD 2835 diodes and E27 socket, in addition we have also used Greenie Candle bulbs with a power of 4,5W based on the E14 socket and Greenie 5W MR16 bulbs, that are also based on SMD 2835 diodes.

Light sources selected by our company sources have matte covering, thanks to which the light by all three models of light bulbs have a pleasing warm tone and a wide viewing angle. The shape of the Greenie 6W E27 light bulbs is similar to traditional glass light bulbs, which allows to extend the range of applications even by presented service premises as wel as domestic applications.

MR16 bulb was used as a replacement for halogen lamps (this model is available in 12V and 230V versions). It allowed to keep the current luminous efficiency at a significant reduction in energy demand. Light bulbs were mounted in the housings located directly above the tables, using the existing rail system.

In turn, Greenie Candle E14 bulbs have been used as an effective replacement for conventional ‘candle’ light bulbs and similarly to MR16 light sources it allowed to significantly reduce power consumption without sacrificing performance and quality of light output.

The final result

While making decisions about replacing light sources for LED replacements, many customers have doubts about the compatibility of type of light generated by the LED. The key to success is the selection of the correct color of light. As a result, people who stay in the local, do not see the difference between LED light sources, and sources that have been used so far.
