Greenie LED bulb MR16 is used as a replacement for MR16 halogen light sources – it has the same dimensions and the same thread, but it consumes much less energy. It is available as a 230V and 12V variant. High light efficiency is achieved with relatively low energy consumption. In addition, the Greenie LED bulbs MR16 generate a lot less heat than halogen light sources. They are mainly used in ceiling lighting, although this is obviously not their only application.
